On November 20th, 2025, the "2025 Dishui Lake High-Level Shipping Service Industry Innovation Conference" kicked off successfully at Shanghai Lingang Center. Themed "Digital Innovation Shapes Tomorrow, Green Navigation Leads the Way", the event brought together representatives from the International Maritime Organization (IMO), leaders of top domestic and international shipping firms, and industry experts to explore the innovative development paths of shipping services. WU Guirong, Executive Deputy General Manager of GENTCO LOGISTICS and General Manager of SC SHIPPING, led the company's shipping management team to showcase its latest innovations at the Conference, where he made a major announcement: SC SHIPPING's Crew Training Center is officially put into operation!
On October 12th, SC SHIPPING's 25,900 DWT Stainless Steel Chemical Tanker No. 1 built by Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry ("Wuchang Shipbuilding") was successfully launched at Wuchang Shipbuilding. The ceremony was attended by SC SHIPPING's resident supervision team, Wuchang Shipbuilding's project leaders, representatives from the American Bureau of Shipping, and other distinguished guests.
On August 29th, the steel cutting ceremony for SC Shipping's 25,900 DWT Stainless Steel Chemical Tanker No.6 built by Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry ("Wuchang Shipbuilding") was grandly held at Wuchang Shipbuilding. The event was honored with the presence of WU Guirong, Executive Deputy General Manager of Gentco Logistics and General Manager of SC Shipping, HONG Tao, Deputy General Manager of Wuchang Shipbuilding, HE Wei, Deputy General Manager of the Wuhan Branch of China Classification Society, and other distinguished guests.
On August 8th, the 25,900 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker No.3 co-developed by SC Shipping and China Merchants Industry Group Yangzhou Dingheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. ("Yangzhou Dingheng") was successfully launched at Yangzhou Dingheng's Nanjing branch. Guests attending the ceremony included WU Guirong, Executive Deputy General Manager of Gentco Logistics and General Manager of SC Shipping; XIONG Dengpan, Party Secretary and General Manager of Yangzhou Dingheng; representatives of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS); and other attendees.
From July 13th to 16th, 2025, Junzheng Shipping held its first management-level cadres and crew seminar of 2025 in Tonglu, Zhejiang Province. A total of 39 captains, chief engineers, first mates, and chief engineers, along with 77 family members of the crew, participated. The theme of this seminar was "Unitedly Painting the Blue Sea, New Safety Beacon", aiming to enhance unity and cooperation between shore-based staff and crew members, and to innovate and empower on the basis of safe production, steering towards the new era's beacon.
On June 20th, after evaluation and public announcement by the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China, our ships YUN SHAN, WU TONG, and KONG QUE LAN were awarded the title of "Safe and Honest Vessels of 2025". Captains WANG Qiutou, ZHANG Zhiyu, and XU Jianhai were honored with the title of "Safe and Honest Captains of 2025".
