From June 24 to 26, transport logistic Shanghai 2026, Asia's leading bi-annual logistics exhibition, will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This year's event features a dedicated zone for hazardous chemical logistics, focusing on transport safety and technological innovation in specialized fields including liquid chemicals.
On May 28, the first session of 2026 Shell Maritime Partners in Safety China Focus Group Conference, co-hosted by Shell and COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation and organized by SC SHIPPING, was successfully held at Shanghai SK Tower. 55 guests from 17 organizations, including Shell, COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation, China Merchants Nanjing Oil Tanker Corporation, and SC-Stolt, pooled strength for maritime safety discussions.
On May 13th, the naming and delivery ceremony of the fourth 25,900 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker built by Yangzhou Dingheng Shipyard for SC Shipping was grandly held in Nanjing.
SC Shipping's fourth phase of chemical cargo simulator operation training was successfully held at Lingang Training Center from April 15th to 18th, 2026. A total of 13 crew members and Captain Chen Zeqi from the Marine Department participated in this training, including 10 crew members who are about to take the chief mate promotion interview. All participants successfully completed all the training contents.
Top4 pre-joining training was successfully held at SK Building from April 13th to 14th, 2026. A total of 36 officers and engineers who are about to go onboard participated in this training.
