SC Shipping Crew Training Center successfully held its Open Day event on February 10, 2026. In attendance were Ms. Wang Qi, General Manager of SC Logistics, Mr. Wu Guirong, Executive Deputy General Manager of SC Logistics and General Manager of SC Shipping, Ms. Guan Xia, Deputy General Manager of SC Logistics, Mr. Zang Yinguai, Deputy General Manager of SC Shipping, Capt. Liu Mei, FANTASEA Fleet Manage, as well as Mr. Wang Xiaohua, General Manager of Shanghai Huayang Maritime Technology Development Co., Ltd., Liu Xiangjie, General Manager of Rizhao Huanyu Seafarer Service Co., Ltd., Zhang Lan, General Manager of Shanghai Xingyang Shipping Co., Ltd., Liu Caixin, General Manager of Xiamen Hailong Foreign Labor Cooperation Co., Ltd., and Yang Jinchao, General Manager of Shanghai Xinyusheng Ship Management Co., Ltd.
On January 28th, the naming and delivery ceremony for SC Shipping's first 25,900 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker built by CSSC Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CSSC Wuchang Shipbuilding") was grandly held in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province.
To thoroughly implement the series of deployment requirements on strengthening safety production at the end of the year issued by the maritime, port and shipping authorities and Junzheng Group, and to ensure the stability of the safety production situation during the Spring Festival, on January 28th, Mr. Wu Guirong, General Manager of SC Shipping, led the company's management team to "Shui Rong" berthed at berth 1 of Jiangyin Chengli Terminal to conduct a safety production inspection and extend New Year greetings to all the crew on board.
On December 20th, 2025, the naming and delivery ceremony of the SC Shipping & Yangzhou Dingheng's third 25,900 DWT Stainless Steel Chemical Tanker was grandly held in Nanjing.
Recently, the China Shipowners' Association officially issued the group standard Requirements for the Inspection of the Bulk Liquid Chemical Carriers (T/CHNSA001-2025). Scheduled to take effect on January 1st, 2026, this standard clarifies the basic principles, standardized processes, specific inspection contents and application guidelines for inspection results to be followed in the inspection of bulk liquid chemical carriers. It is mainly applicable to various inspections and related management work of domestic bulk liquid chemical carriers in China, providing a well-standardized technical basis for the safety management of the industry.
On December 17th, 2025, WU Guirong, Executive Deputy General Manager of Gentco Logistics and General Manager of SC Shipping, led a delegation to pay a visit to LI Hongbing, Deputy Director of Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration (SMSA). The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as ship safety management, implementation of shipping companies' primary responsibility for workplace safety, crew training, and crew team building.
