• We welcome anyone inside or outside SC Shipping to raise questions about the behavior of employees, management team, board of directors and business partners (such as third party agents, brokers, suppliers or contractors/subcontractors) related to the operation of SC Shipping, and we will resolutely crack down on any violation of the lawand regulations by any employee.

• The Reporting letter template should contain the following elements

  1.Name and department, theme and content of the reporting object (specify the time, place, relevant people and specific circumstances of discipline violation as far as possible), certification materials and attachments, and contact information of the whistleblower (if willing to provide).

  2.Requirements
  Seek truth from facts, do not fabricate frame-up;
  Real name reporting is encouraged, but anonymous reporting is also accepted and please keep communication open so that we can contact you.

• Company statement：

  Your questions will be directly received through the exclusive email of the Audit Department, which is the exclusive integrity management department of our company and reports directly to the chairman of the company, which can ensure independence. The audit Department shall strictly keep confidential in the process of acceptance and investigation to prevent leakage. At the same time, according to the different performance and contribution of the informant, the company will provide different amounts of cash reward.
