Solid hardware investment has aligned with a foundation of professional excellence. The company has established China's first simulation training center for chemical tanker cargo operations, equipped with a customized VR training system tailored to its flagship newbuild — the 25K chemical tanker. The system recreates a full range of cargo operation scenarios, allowing crew members to gain immersive familiarity with the complete operational workflow of the company's core vessel type.
Built around our core 25K chemical tanker — 5 in operation, 17 under construction — this VR system is already a key part of our pre-embarkation training. It covers mandatory training contents from ship overview and equipment layout to maintenance standards and inspection protocols. Coming up, the system will be further upgraded to include VR interactive features for real-world equipment operation, enhancing crew skills through digital simulation training.
