Top4 pre-joining training was successfully
held at SK Building from April 13th to 14th, 2026. A total of 36 officers and
engineers who are about to go onboard participated in this training.
The training covered a range of topics
including the implementation of safety regulations, navigation safety,
management of ship certificates, daily maintenance, safety responsibilities,
on-board training and cadets’ training, ship procurement, knowledge related to
external inspections, and specialized courses on the maintenance of the fleet's
vessels. The instructors were from various professional departments of the
company, providing the officers and engineers with systematic and comprehensive
pre-job guidance. The training aims to effectively enhance the professional
skills and safety awareness of the crew, laying a solid foundation for the
subsequent operation of the vessels.
