On December 20th, 2025, the naming and delivery ceremony of the SC Shipping & Yangzhou Dingheng's third 25,900 DWT Stainless Steel Chemical Tanker was grandly held in Nanjing.

Ceremonial Ship Christening
with Champagne
Ms. SHA Mei, Dean of the College of Transportation & Communications, Shanghai Maritime University, served as the ship's godmother, named the new vessel SC EMERALD, and presided over the solemn ceremonial ship christening with champagne. She wished that SC EMERALD would be as tough, pure and precious as an emerald, fear no storms, and arrive safely at every port; she also hoped that it would become the pride of SC Shipping and a trusted choice for global customers.

In
her speech, Ms. WANG Qi stated that SC Shipping is a world-leading owner of
liquid chemical tankers, with a business footprint spanning the five oceans.
All twelve 25,900 DWT stainless steel chemical tankers co-built with Yangzhou
Dingheng will be deployed on global routes. The quality-assured and on-schedule
delivery of this series of new vessels marks a key step in the company's fleet
modernization and continuous optimization of its capacity structure. It will
further consolidate the hardware foundation for the company to provide safe,
reliable and efficient logistics services to customers, and represents a solid
initiative for Gentco Logistics to implement its high-quality development
strategic layout. Looking ahead, leveraging SC Shipping's global route network
and the influence of China Merchants Shipbuilding Industry's "dual
bases" in chemical tanker construction, the company looks forward to
exploring more cooperation opportunities with China Merchants Shipbuilding
Industry.

DENG Renjie emphasized in his speech that as a leader in the global liquid

hands with China Merchants Shipbuilding Industry to co-build these 25,900 DWT
stainless steel chemical tankers fully demonstrates SC Shipping's

delivery, the teams of China Merchants Shipbuilding Industry and SC Shipping
