In October 2021, I was honored to board the latest 38K ship of GLOBAL GLORY, which made me feel extremely proud. However, as a member of the European and American airlines, I also felt extremely great pressure to face the strict port state inspection and pollution prevention requirements of the European and American countries. However, in the face of the trust of the company leaders, I must not be afraid. I will try my best to lead my team to overcome numerous difficulties, manage the ship well, and operate it safely and smoothly. There are a total of 24 crew members on the ship, most of whom have no experience in the European and American routes, and their professional qualifications are also uneven. Some of them are trainees on the ship for the first time, and some of them come to work for you for the first time. However, we can work together on the same ship, which is a fate forged over a hundred years. But everyone's goal is the same, after all, we leave home to run out of the ship, the ultimate goal is to work smoothly, in peace to earn money home.
In order to boost everyone's morale and work enthusiasm, I often explain to everyone in safety meetings: Junzheng is a powerful listed company, which attaches great importance to the long-term development and internationalization of the fleet.
